The Vital objective of HRIS is to aid and sustain the Provincial Human Resource Management and Development Office (PHRMDO) to perform, act and operate as a competent, outstanding and fruitful department toward excellent handling of the human resource within the Provincial LGU by providing seamless, appropriate, correct and reliable information for policy making, decision framing and quality analysis.

We envision a vibrant, creative and responsive Human Resource in the Province of Surigao del Norte who believe that public service is a commitment and sef-actualization whose services are anchored on the basic and fundamental principles of Excellence, Ethics, Accountability and Human Development for an efficient, effective and productive services towards total clients satisfaction.
MISSION
As a strategic partner of the managment of the Provincial Government. We work with them to recruit, place, develop, maintain and retain client-centered and highly competent human resources who can professionaly respond to the PGSDN organizational goals and its constituents need for quality service. These will be delivered through the design and consistent implementation of relevant HRMD strategies, systems, policies and procedures.
